Progress backup
Landara stores progress locally and mirrors eligible progress through iCloud when you are signed in.

Remove Ads is a one-time App Store purchase. Restore it from Settings → Purchases on a new device.

App Store refunds
Apple processes all purchases and determines refund eligibility. Landara cannot issue App Store refunds directly. Submit refund requests through Apple’s Report a Problem service or Apple Support.

Privacy policy

Landara is developed and operated by Minh Thu Nguyen (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how Landara handles information for local gameplay, iCloud progress, purchases, advertising, consent, diagnostics, and support.

On-device data
Landara does not require a developer-operated account. Game progress, best scores, mission unlocks, tutorial state, daily streak information, claimed rewards, and preferences are stored locally on your device.
iCloud progress
When your device has an active iCloud account, Landara mirrors a small progress snapshot to Apple’s iCloud key-value storage so eligible progress can return after reinstalling the app and sync across your devices. Landara does not place contact information or gameplay telemetry in this snapshot. You control iCloud through device settings.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Landara checks verified App Store entitlements to determine whether advertising has been removed. Apple may process transaction and diagnostic data under Apple’s own privacy terms.
Advertising
Landara includes the Google Mobile Ads SDK and may show interstitial advertisements at natural breaks after repeated attempts, completed levels, or arcade runs. Google may process device identifiers, coarse location, product interaction, advertising data, and diagnostics to deliver, limit, measure, and protect advertisements, subject to your consent and Google’s privacy terms. Players who own Remove Ads do not receive these interstitial advertisements.
Ad privacy choices
Landara uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request consent where required. When Google requires a persistent privacy entry point, an Ad Privacy Options control appears in Settings so you can review or change those choices.
Sharing & retention
Landara currently has no developer-operated server and does not upload gameplay records to the developer. Deleting the app removes its local gameplay data, but an eligible iCloud snapshot can restore it after reinstalling. App Store purchase records remain managed by Apple so eligible purchases can be restored.
Your choices & contact
You can control iCloud in device settings, restore eligible purchases in Landara, and manage advertising choices through the in-app privacy control where available. For privacy questions or requests, email support@jolous.com.

Terms of use

These terms apply when you download or use Landara. They supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and applicable App Store terms.
Game, license & eligibility +
Landara is a single-player iOS game with campaign missions, arcade modes, local progress, optional iCloud recovery, advertising, and an optional one-time Remove Ads purchase. Subject to these terms and Apple’s Standard EULA, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game on permitted Apple devices. If you are not old enough under local law to agree to these terms, use the game only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Acceptable use +
You must not cheat, use bots or unauthorized automation, interfere with normal operation, attempt unauthorized access, or copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit Landara except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Progress, ads & purchases +
Local and iCloud progress availability can depend on device settings, connectivity, and Apple services. Unless Remove Ads is owned, Landara may display Google interstitial advertisements at natural breaks. Remove Ads is a one-time non-consumable purchase processed by Apple and may be restored where supported. Prices, taxes, payment, refunds, and account transfers are controlled by Apple and applicable law.
Third-party services +
Landara relies on services supplied by Apple and Google, including the App Store, StoreKit, iCloud, Google Mobile Ads, and Google’s User Messaging Platform. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability or operation.
Ownership & availability +
Landara’s software, name, interface, original artwork, and other original content are owned by Thu Nguyen or used with permission. The game may be updated, corrected, balanced, expanded, modified, suspended, or discontinued. Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
Disclaimer & liability +
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Landara is provided “as is” and “as available.” Thu Nguyen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the game. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
